Recommended Reading.
The Art Of War
by Sun Tzu

This book was said to have been carried by
Napolion and was a constant read for him.
I myself have read this many times and think
it is a fantastic guide into the tactics and
strategies of war.

Ip Man Portrait of a Kung Fu Master
By Ip Ching, Ron Heimburger

This is a must have book for anyone
who studies Wing Chun in the Ip Man
lineage. Once I picked up this book I
couldn't put it down. Not only a book
on the story of his life but also filled
with lessons to live by.

Two Tan Sau's up! ;-)

Tao of Jeet Kune Do
By Bruce Lee

An often misunderstood book (It's not a
technique book). Bruce Lee's philosophies
contained in these pages are priceless.
Like the great Samurai Miyamoto Musashi,
Bruce Lee discovered the truth within himself
to become the legend we all admire. Teaching
us that WE use the Gung Fu, the Gung Fu
doesn't use us.

A Book of Five Rings
By Miyamoto Musashi

I think I've read this 100 times, maybe more.
This legendary book is required reading at
many businesses around the world showing the
universal application of the principles within.

Get it, read it, absorb it!

Tao Te Ching
By Stephen Mitchel
Author: Lao-Tzu

If I read the Book of Five Rings 100 times,
then I must have read this one 1000 times.

A whole class of Tan Sau's up!

Living The Martial Way
By Forrest E. Morgan, Maj USAF

This one was given to me by a Gung Fu brother
many years ago. Not one of my favorites but a
very good guide into the world of the warrior
way of life. Worth having in your library.

Complate Wing Chun
by Robert Chu, Rene Ritchie and Y.Wu

Authors Robert Chu, Rene Ritchie and Y.Wu
do a great job of avoiding the Wing Chun
political mess and get to the facts about
each lineage. Like I always say, "It's all
Wing Chun."

Two Tan Sau's Up!

Grandmaster William Cheung books.
For anyone of the Cheung lineage, these three books are a must have.

Zen in the Martial Arts
By Joe Hyams

I've been reading this book since as long as I
can remember. I have owned about 25 copies of it....
why you ask? Because I lend them out all the time
and never get them back. But I love the book so much
that I always go out and buy a new one. I highly
recommend adding it to your collection.

Mastering Kung Fu
Featuring Shaolin Wing Chun
By Garrett Gee, Benny Meng & Richard Loewenhagen.
Forward by Andreas Hoffman

Purchased this book practicaly as soon as it was published and devoured it!!! This is a fantastic read into the historical myths and facts of Wing Chun.

Two Tan Sau's Up! Way up!!!
